Pricing & Currency

All pricing is in Australian dollars and includes GST and remains property of Eleanor Curtain Publishing until paid for in full. You will be able to view the GST component of your purchase on your invoice.
 All prices are subject to change without notice.

Orders and Delivery

All orders will be processed within 3 to 4 business days (excluding public holidays) of the ordering being entered into our system. If you pay via Direct Deposit/Bank Deposit please allow for a couple of days for the payment to be received on our end due to bank transfer delays.

Should your item/s not be available for any reason, you will be contacted immediately by one of our customer service representatives.

All Australian deliveries will be made by Australia Post and quoted during checkout process.

All international deliveries will be delivered by Fed Ex Post and quoted during checkout process.

If there is any change to this delivery system, you will be contacted by one of our customer service staff.

Packaging

We always do our best to package our products appropriately to avoid any damages, however if you do receive a product that has been damaged please contact us within 3 working days from receipt in order to inform us of the damage via email to info@ecpublishing.com.au. We will then require the product to be returned via postage in order for you to receive a replacement. We will reimburse any postage costs for all damaged returned items.

Shipping Carriers

Shipping rates within Australia are calculated by Australia Post. All our parcels are shipped within Australia via Australia Post.
 Packages shipped via Australia Post to metropolitan areas generally take approximately 3-4 working days from the date of shipment. If delivery is unable to be made, Australia Post will advise you of your nearest Australia Post Centre to pick up your parcel and leave a notification card at your delivery address.

Please allow approximately 3-4 working days for shipping to rural areas.
Please note these figures are a guide only and we do not have any control over your package once it is with Australia Post.

International shipping rates are calculated by FedEx. Shipment is made through the Fed Ex international network. An estimate of delivery times is approximately 5 working days. We advise that you contact your local Fed Ex agent to calculate the shipping time from Australia to your destination.
